Janice is a Florida Native. She has owned and managed multiple income properties in the state of Florida. She is known for having an eye for design and seeing what most can't even image. Looking for some amazing guidance in a fixer upper she's the person to call. She is also great at a limited budget and making a home look like a million dollars. She has worked on high end homes in Winter Park and budget friendly condos in Downtown Orlando. Janice always takes the time to listen to each client, understand all needs and wants then find what is requested. Janice is also a mom to two beautiful children, Andrew and Anna Kate. Drew is away at college making her so proud and Anna Kate is in her last year at Winter Park High School.
